Vital Insights introduces VITAL APEX

Aarthi Scans and Labs inaugurated its new performance and longevity lab, Vital Insights, at its Jayanagar centre. The facility was launched by Basu Shanker, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Founder of Primal Patterns, in the presence of Dr Aarthi Prasannaa, Chief radiologist and Director, Dr Prasannaa Vignesh - Radiologist & Director and Dr Arunkumar Govindarajan - Radiologist & Director.

Vital Insights enables individuals to go beyond routine health checkups by assessing the body across three dimensions, structural, chemical, and functional. Using advanced tools like full-body MRI, DEXA scans, VO₂ Max testing, comprehensive blood profiling, strength and balance assessments, the centre provides a holistic view of how the body performs and adapts.

Each assessment is followed by personalised recommendations across exercise, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle, helping individuals proactively enhance health and performance.

At the launch, Vital Insights also introduced VITAL APEX, a flagship programme combining full-body MRI, comprehensive blood biomarkers, and functional performance testing to provide an in-depth evaluation of the body. The program enables individuals to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement through data-based reviews.
