Apollo Hospitals Enterprise paid Rs 26.4 crore to buy a 60 per cent ownership in the AyurVAID chain of Ayurvedic hospitals. The investment will be used to update current centres, establish new centres, reinforce enterprise platforms, and support digital health efforts, according to the Apollo Group’s regulatory filing.
The goal is to reach Rs 100 crore in the following three years, starting with an estimated income of over Rs15 crore for FY23 for AyurVaid, it added.
