Operating EBITDA up 30 per cent YoY to Rs 806 crore
Aster DM Healthcare announced its financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. The revenue grew 12 per cent YoY to Rs 4,138 crore in FY25 Vs. Rs 3,699 crore in FY24. Operating EBITDA grew 30 per cent YoY to Rs 806 crore in FY25 Vs. Rs 620 crore in FY24. Operating EBITDA margins stood at 19.5% in FY25 as compared to 16.8 per cent in FY24. Normalised PAT (post NCI) grew by 49 per cent YoY to Rs 357 crore in FY25 Vs. Rs 240 crore in FY24.
Revenue for Q4FY25 grew 2 per cent YoY to Rs 1,000 crore Vs. Rs 978 crore in Q4 FY24. The operating EBITDA grew 16 per cent YoY to Rs 193 crore in Q4 FY25 Vs. Rs 167 crore in Q4 FY24. Operating EBITDA Margins stood at 19.3 per cent in Q4 FY25 Vs. 17.1 per cent in Q4 FY24. Normalised PAT grew 21 per cent YoY to Rs 106 crore Vs. Rs 87 crore in Q4 FY24.
Dr Azad Moopen, Founder and Chairman, Aster DM Healthcare, said, “For FY25, Aster recorded a YoY growth of 12 per cent, with revenues reaching Rs 4,138 crore. The performance was supported by a steady increase in patient volumes, higher ARPOB, and improved average length of stay (ALOS). Operating EBITDA rose by 30 per cent YoY to Rs 806 crore, while normalised net profit (excluding merger-related transaction cost of Rs 50 crore) stood at Rs 357 crore, reflecting a 49 per cent YoY growth. Our continued focus on operational efficiency and cost optimisation has contributed to improvement in EBITDA margin by 270 bps, taking the EBITDA margin to 19.5 per cent for the year.”
