Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Wellesta Holdings sign a strategic joint venture to expand healthcare solutions across Asia and emerging markets.

Cadila Pharmaceuticals, one of India’s leading integrated pharmaceutical companies, and Wellesta Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to form a strategic joint venture aimed at expanding access to high-quality healthcare solutions across South-East Asia and selected international markets.

The partnership brings together the complementary strengths of both organisations. Cadila Pharmaceuticals contributes deep capabilities in research and development, manufacturing, regulatory compliance and a diversified portfolio spanning prescription medicines, consumer healthcare products and specialty therapies. The collaboration is expected to expand Cadila’s presence in key growth markets while strengthening Wellesta’s portfolio with differentiated, high-quality healthcare solutions.
