GSK, Yuva Unstoppable opens 100th smart classroom in Nashik

Each smart class is equipped with digital teaching devices, interactive multimedia content, projectors

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals (GSK), in partnership with Ahmedabad-based non-profit Yuva Unstoppable, inaugurated the 100th smart classroom at DN Patil Madhyamik Vidyalaya and Junior College, Gangapur, Nashik.

Each smart class is equipped with digital teaching devices, interactive multimedia content, projectors, and audio systems, with comprehensive teacher training to ensure seamless integration of technology into daily learning.

The 100th smart class was inaugurated by Bhushan Akshikar, MD, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, Sanjay Dhivare, Income Tax Commissioner-Nashik, Nitin Bacchav, District Education Officer (Primary), Nashik and Pavan Jain, Chief Operating Officer, Yuva Unstoppable.

Akshikar said, “At GSK, we believe that access to quality education is key to shaping a healthier and more equitable society. The inauguration of the 100th smart classroom in Nashik is a testament to our commitment to bridging the education gap through digital learning solutions. By empowering students with technology, we are investing in a future where knowledge is accessible to all, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.”
