Happiest Health launches its Digital Healthcare unit and appoints Ravi Joshi as CEO to drive virtual care and AI-powered health platforms.

Happiest Health has announced the the launch of its fifth business unit, Digital Healthcare, and the appointment of Ravi Joshi as President & CEO- Digital Healthcare. This marks an important milestone in Happiest Health’s growth journey as it expands its integrated healthcare ecosystem through technology-enabled services with the potential to reach Atithis across India and around the world.

Ravi Joshi, who previously served as Co-CEO of the Knowledge business, has been selected to lead this new business vertical. The first offering under this vertical will be virtual Doctor Appointments, enabling Atithis to connect with qualified healthcare professionals conveniently from anywhere. The Digital Healthcare business will create a scalable platform that brings together Atithis and healthcare experts beyond geographical boundaries.

In parallel, Happiest Health is developing an AI-powered healthcare platform that will leverage advanced technologies to enhance patient engagement, support health decision-making, and create a more personalized healthcare experience. Products such as Cardio Expert, Paediatric Expert, and the Lifestyle Intelligence Platform are in advanced stages of development, with additional digital offerings planned during the course of the year.

Announcing the appointments, Ashok Soota, Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer, Happiest Health, said “Digital Healthcare represents a significant opportunity for us and Ravi has consistently demonstrated the ability to innovate, build and execute, and I am confident he will establish a strong foundation for this business.
