Namrata Kaul joins as an Independent Board Member
Healthium Medtech has announced the elevation of board member Ajay Gupta to the Chairman of the Board and has also appointed Namrata Kaul as an Independent Board member.
Gupta and Kaul along with the other board of directors will continue to guide Healthium Medtech to achieve profitable growth and provide surgeons and patients globally with cost-effective, high-quality medical devices. The appointments will also strengthen governance, leverage a wealth of industry knowledge, provide critical outside-in perspectives and creative ideas, to help the company achieve its vision and strategic goals.
Gupta holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Leland Stanford Junior University. He brings more than 28 years of global management consulting experience. Previously, Gupta was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company.
Kaul holds a post-graduate diploma in management from The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has also been awarded the Chevening Gurukul scholarship in a leadership and excellence programme by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to study at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Previously, Kaul was working with ANZ Grindlays Bank and the Deutsche Bank.
