Damani will oversee manufacturing, R&D and supply chain operations across the group
Healthium Medtech has appointed Rajnish Damani as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO). Damani will oversee Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain operations across the Group, reporting directly to the CEO and MD, Anish Bafna.
By bringing all manufacturing units, supply chain functions and R&D under a unified leadership structure, the company aims to optimise processes, elevate execution and enhance service to patients and healthcare partners globally.

Damani joins Healthium with over 32 years of diverse experience across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, quality and EHS. He has worked across sectors including automotive, healthcare, renewables, aviation, transportation, power and tire industries. Most recently, he served as Executive Director – Manufacturing Operations at Bridgestone India, where he led strategic manufacturing initiatives, including long-term investment planning, quality improvements, talent development and new product introductions. His previous roles include leadership positions at General Electric, Cummins and Hindustan Motors, with extensive experience managing multi-plant operations and complex industrial relations.
Damani holds a degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and will be relocating from Pune to take up his new role at Healthium.
