IIM Bodh Gaya signs an MoU with ADMI to strengthen diagnostics sector collaboration through internships, research, curriculum support & industry exposure

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Diagnostics Manufacturers of India (ADMI) to strengthen industry-academia collaboration in the diagnostics manufacturing sector. The partnership is aimed at giving students closer exposure to India’s growing diagnostics ecosystem while also supporting research, training, and leadership development.

The agreement was formalised through a virtual signing ceremony between Dr. Vinita S. Sahay, Director of IIM Bodh Gaya, and Jatin Mahajan, President of ADMI. Under the pact, industry experts from ADMI will contribute to curriculum development and deliver specialised modules for the MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management programme.

The collaboration will also open opportunities for live projects, summer internships and final placements through ADMI member companies. In addition, senior industry leaders will take part in a lecture series designed to bring practical insights into the classroom.

The MoU further includes plans for Management Development Programmes for professionals in the diagnostics manufacturing sector. The two institutions will also work together on research papers, white papers, business case studies and consulting projects, while jointly organising seminars, conferences and industry conclaves on healthcare management, technology and policy.
