Indian Society of Paediatric Radiology organised 8th National Midterm CME-ISPR 2017 in B’lor

Columbia Asia Radiology Group in association with Indian Society of Paediatric Radiology (ISPR) organised the “8th National Midterm CME-ISPR 2017” on June 25 at Columbia Asia Hospital, Whitefield. The event focused on talks and discussions themed around ‘Paediatric Neuroradiology’.

The conference was planned focusing on radiologists and was aimed to demonstrate relevant key anatomy, concepts in embryology, unique imaging challenges with solutions to handle and easy systematic approaches.

There were a series of engaging and brain storming sessions, discussions, knowledge sharing and knowledge enhancement on Paediatric Neuroradiology,” said Dr. Nandakumar Jairam, Chairman, CEO and Group Medical Director, Columbia Asia Hospitals, India.

Dr. Manohar Shroff who is a prominent figure in the field of paediatric radiology, presided the lecture on ‘Paediatric Stroke Imaging’ over telepresence. He has approximately 160 published papers and abstracts (Web of Science) to his credit, of which over 100 are peer reviewed PubMed publications. Eminent Paediatric Neurologist including Dr. Vykunta Raju K. N, Associate Prof – Pediatric Neurology, Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health and Dr. Ann Agnes Mathew, Consultant – Paediatric Neurology, Rainbow Children’s Hospital were a part of the event.
