KIMS Hospitals has announced the launch of the Institute of Neurosciences and Centre of Excellence in Neuromodulation, marking a significant step in advancing specialized neurological care in the region.
This newly launched center is designed to address the needs of patients with various neurological conditions. These include Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and chronic pain. It is designed to offer the latest treatment options, including neuromodulation and minimally invasive surgery. It is a multidisciplinary team of neurologists, neurosurgeons, and rehabilitation specialists.
The center also hosts an event in observance of World Parkinson’s Day on April 11th, Celebrating the Strength of Patients Living with Parkinson’s Disease. This is to increase awareness of Parkinson’s disease and talk about the advancements in neuroscience, treating simple to complex ailments and explaining the benefits to the patients.
