LifeCell & Shraddha Diagnostic’s aim to extend their diagnostic services across the entire state of Gujarat.

LifeCell International, one of India’s integrated diagnostics and preventive healthcare companies, has entered into a strategic partnership with Shraddha Diagnostics to expand access to advanced and specialised diagnostic services across Gujarat.

The partnership combines Shraddha Diagnostics established regional presence, clinician relationships and expertise in routine diagnostics with LifeCell’s scientific capabilities, specialised diagnostic portfolio and technology-enabled laboratory infrastructure. Together, the organisations will operate the Gujarat business under the Shraddha LifeCell entity.

With Shraddha Diagnostics’ existing network of six laboratories and four centres across Ahmedabad and Surat, the partnership will provide access to a combined portfolio of approximately 4,500 diagnostic tests, covering routine pathology as well as specialised areas including genomics, oncology, transplant and IVF diagnostics.

Together, LifeCell and Shraddha Diagnostics aim to extend their diagnostic services across the entire state of Gujarat, enabling clinicians and patients to access a broader range of diagnostic capabilities through an integrated regional platform.

The partnership will focus on strengthening diagnostic quality and accessibility, expanding the specialised test portfolio, enhancing technology and digital capabilities, and improving the overall experience for patients, clinicians and healthcare partners.

Mayur Abhaya, Managing Director, LifeCell International, and Dr. Hiren and Dr. Dushyant, Founders, Shraddha Diagnostics, said in a joint statement:  “This partnership brings together Shraddha Diagnostics’ regional expertise, clinical relationships and established presence with LifeCell’s scientific capabilities, specialised diagnostic portfolio and technology infrastructure. Together, we aim to expand access to a broader range of diagnostic services across Gujarat while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy and patient experience. The combined platform will allow us to serve the entire state with a comprehensive portfolio of approximately 4,500 tests.”

The partnership is part of LifeCell’s broader strategy of expanding its diagnostics capabilities through collaborations with established regional healthcare and diagnostic providers. Over the past few years, LifeCell has evolved from a genomics-focused organisation into an integrated diagnostics company with capabilities spanning routine diagnostics, genomics, oncology, transplant and IVF diagnostics.

LifeCell’s partnership-led approach is aimed at combining the strengths of established regional diagnostic providers with its scientific expertise, specialised testing capabilities, laboratory infrastructure and technology platforms. This enables regional networks to access a broader diagnostic portfolio while retaining the local relationships and clinical familiarity they have built over the years.

For Shraddha Diagnostics, the partnership brings access to LifeCell’s specialised diagnostic capabilities while strengthening the range of services available to its existing network across Ahmedabad and Surat. The combined platform will enable the organisations to serve a wider geography and provide clinicians and patients across Gujarat with access to an expanded diagnostic test menu.

As diagnostic requirements become increasingly complex, the partnership reflects the growing importance of integrated diagnostic platforms that combine regional accessibility with specialised scientific capabilities and technology-enabled healthcare delivery.
