Lupin Human Welfare & Research Foundation (Lupin Foundation), the CSR arm of Lupin Ltd., inaugurated two Non‑Communicable Disease (NCD) Corners in Karauli and Hindaun, Rajasthan.

An additional seven NCD Corners are planned for phase-wise rollout across the districts of Jaisalmer, Baran, Dholpur, and Sirohi. This demonstrates its commitment to further strengthening healthcare infrastructure for the management of NCDs across Rajasthan, ensuring wider access to quality diagnostic and care facilities.

This initiative is part of the Desh Bandhu Jan Aarogya Sewa Program, also known as the Lives Program, which aims to strengthen public health systems and improve access to quality care for NCDs. It will equip healthcare facilities with a comprehensive range of diagnostic and patient-care tools, including digital blood pressure monitors, ECG machines, spirometers, glucometers, pulse oximeters, stadiometers, digital weighing scales, measuring tapes, and patient examination tables.

Dr. Bhuvnesh Bansal, Deputy Controller, District Hospital, Karauli, said, “By equipping healthcare facilities with essential diagnostic tools and promoting awareness on preventive healthcare, this initiative will greatly enhance our efforts to reduce the burden of lifestyle diseases and improve overall community health outcomes across Rajasthan.”

Ms. Tushara Shankar, Head, CSR – Lupin and LHWRF, said, “At Lupin Foundation, our purpose is rooted in enabling healthier lives and building stronger communities. By advancing early diagnosis, sustained care, and patient awareness, we aim to create lasting health impact and a healthier future for communities across Rajasthan.”
