The integration leverages Google’s Appointments Redirect feature to route users searching for Max hospitals, doctors or specialties straight to Max Healthcare’s official appointment booking platform.
How the New Booking Feature Works
Under the collaboration, when users search for Max Healthcare facilities or clinicians on Google, they will now see a prominent ‘Book Online’ option embedded within search results and Maps listings. Clicking this option redirects patients to Max’s authenticated appointment system, reducing the number of steps involved in booking and ensuring they receive verified and up-to-date information.

Max Healthcare has highlighted that authenticated redirection to official platforms will help patients avoid unverified third-party sites, thereby reducing the risks associated with misinformation, fraud, or incorrect appointment details.
