Max Hospital, Saket conducts HDF Certification Prog for nephrologists

Max Hospital, Saket, a Center of Excellence (COE) for HDF in dialysis therapy, recently conducted the first Hemodiafiltration (HDF) certification workshop for nephrologists. The training was held at the Center of Excellence to enhance clinical expertise and improve patient outcomes by equipping healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to drive the adoption of advanced HDF therapy in India.

The one-day training programme offered a comprehensive curriculum that included clinical concepts, hands-on sessions, and case-based learning tailored for nephrologists. The program was attended by over 50 healthcare professionals. Attendees also visited the advanced dialysis unit at Max to experience HDF-enabled dialysis machines, a medical-grade water treatment system, and a central delivery system.

The training programme was conducted under the leadership of Dr. Dinesh Khullar, Chairman – Nephrology & Renal Transplant Medicine, Max Hospital, Saket Dr Dinesh Khullar stated: “We are proud to lead this training programme for nephrologists and dialysis professionals. This is a programme built by clinicians, for clinicians—with the goal of advancing kidney care through shared knowledge, evidence-based practice, and hands-on learning."
