Medicover Hospitals Kharghar earns QAI accreditation for Advanced Stroke Centre excellence.

Medicover Hospitals, Kharghar, has earned QAI accreditation for its Advanced Stroke Centre, marking a major milestone in its commitment to delivering high-quality stroke care. This recognition validates that the hospital’s advanced stroke care services are aligned with international benchmarks.

The hospital has established a robust system involving rapid triage, advanced imaging, acute care pathways, a dedicated stroke unit, and multidisciplinary teams working in seamless coordination. This integrated approach enables the hospital to handle even the most complex stroke cases efficiently, ensuring faster decision-making, care delivery, and improved patient outcomes.

Dr. Pawan Ojha, Director of Neuroscience, said, “Stroke management requires a highly synchronized approach, with time as the most critical factor. At Medicover Hospitals, we have established a comprehensive acute stroke care pathway that ensures that patients receive immediate attention from the moment they arrive in the hospital. Starting from rapid diagnosis using advanced imaging to timely medical and neuro-interventional treatment, every step is designed to minimise brain damage and maximise recovery. QAI accreditation for Medicover Hospitals’ stroke care services highlights the hospital’s ability to deliver precise, well-coordinated, high-quality stroke care and its strength in managing even the most complex cases with speed and precision.”

We remain dedicated to improving outcomes through precision, speed, and compassionate neurological care.”

“With this recognition, the hospital strengthens its position as a trusted destination for advanced stroke care in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas, ensuring that patients receive the right treatment at the right time,” said Sandip Joshi (Centre Head), Medicover Hospitals, Navi Mumbai.
