Medicover is a leading international healthcare and diagnostic services company and was founded in 1995. Medicover operates a large number of ambulatory clinics, hospitals, specialty-care facilities,laboratories and blood-drawing points and the largest markets are Poland and Germany. In 2019, Medicover had revenue around €844 million and 28,800 employees.
In his previous stint, Neeraj was the Cluster Head and Vice President of Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, Bangalore and Karnataka Region. Prior to that, he has also worked as the Group Chief Operating Officer of the Sunshine Global Group of Hospitals based out of Gujarat.
A post-graduate of Hospital Administration from the renowned Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, Lal also holds a degree in Medical Technology from PGI Chandigarh. His administrative career began in 2001 at the Shri Krishna Hospital & PS Medical College, Karamsad, Anand as senior executive. Since then he has been at the helm of many institutions in Gujarat and Karnataka.
He is an individual member of the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) based out of Dublin. He is also associated with various Institutes and Universities for teaching programs in Hospital Management as Visiting Faculty and External Examiner.
