Partnership accelerates expansion of pathology and integrated diagnostics capabilities across seven states of North India.
Neuberg Diagnostics, one of India’s fastest-growing and most trusted diagnostic service providers with presence across India, UAE, South Africa and the USA, has entered into a strategic joint venture partnership with Mahajan Imaging & Labs, one of India’s established and respected integrated diagnostic centre networks, to strengthen and expand pathology and wellness services across North India.
The collaboration brings together Neuberg’s proven pathology and genomics capabilities, clinical and operational expertise, multi-market experience and IT & digital infrastructure with Mahajan Imaging & Labs’ decades of experience in radiology, Nuclear Medicine, PET CT and advanced diagnostics, established presence across Delhi NCR & Jaipur, and deep clinical expertise.
As the exclusive partner for seven states of North India, Neuberg is now positioned to leverage Mahajan Imaging & Labs’ strong regional presence and existing pathology capabilities to expand its network. Through this partnership, Neuberg will collaborate with Mahajan Imaging & Labs to strengthen and integrate its presence in the existing labs in Noida, Lucknow and Jammu, reinforcing Neuberg’s footprint in the region.
The collaboration comes at a time when India’s organized diagnostics sector is expanding beyond conventional testing, with growing demand for preventive, specialized and precision diagnostics. ICRA, formerly known as Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency of India Limited, estimates that organized diagnostic players could see 12–14% revenue growth in FY2027, supported by wellness testing, specialized services and deeper penetration into non-metro markets. This partnership positions Neuberg to capitalize on this opportunity through investments in laboratory infrastructure, collection capabilities and advanced testing.
The two organizations will work towards greater integration across pathology, imaging, nuclear medicine and genomics. This partnership enables Neuberg to enhance its wider network across North India with Mahajan Imaging & Labs’ established expertise in complex diagnostic evaluation. For Mahajan Imaging & Labs, the partnership brings operating scale and infrastructure to support its next phase of growth. Kabir Mahajan will serve as Chief Executive Officer for the Joint Venture operations, leading the organization’s operations and growth agenda.
