Nikhil Jadhav joins Criticare Asia Multispecialty Hospital & Research Centre as AGM – Corporate & Community Marketing

Mumbai- Criticare Asia Multispecialty Hospital & Research Centre announced the appointment of Nikhil Jadhav as Assistant General Manager – Corporate & Community Marketing. With over two decades of experience across hospital operations, business development, and strategic marketing, Jadhav brings extensive expertise in driving healthcare growth, brand positioning, and community engagement.

Prior to joining Criticare Asia, Jdhav served as Chief Marketing Officer – Strategy at the Apex Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, where he played a pivotal role in shaping community marketing frameworks and long-term growth strategies. He most recently held the position of Director – Strategy, Business Development & Operations at the Heart Health India Foundation, focusing on strengthening patient outreach programmes, community building for cardiac patients and caregivers, and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Jadhav’s professional journey also extends into the entrepreneurial and academic sectors. He is a mentor with E-Cell, IIT Bombay, and the Wadhwani Foundation, where he guides young entrepreneurs in business strategy and go-to-market planning. Additionally, he has founded two healthcare startups, one of which — Healthy Labs — was acqui-hired by Healthians, the diagnostics company backed by Yuvraj Singh.

Jadhav said, “Community Marketing is the strongest bridge between hospitals and the people they serve. India’s deep-rooted community ecosystem provides an ideal platform to connect, educate, and empower people towards better health. My goal is to ensure that every community within the hospital’s reach experiences meaningful access to quality healthcare.”
