Over 220 doctors gathered at H.O.P.E. ONCOCON in New Delhi to advance early cancer detection, immunotherapy, and collaborative oncology care.

More than 220 medical professionals, including oncologists, gynaecologists, pathologists, gastroenterologists, surgeons, and pulmonologists, gathered for H.O.P.E. ONCOCON, a landmark academic healthcare conference organised by H.O.P.E. Oncology Clinic in association with Dr. Bhasin’s Lab, under the theme “Treating Cancer Together.”

The conference served as a platform for specialists to exchange knowledge and clinical experience across a wide spectrum of cancer types, including Rectal Cancer, Blood Cancer, Uterine Cancer, Lung Cancer, and Breast Cancer. Session discussions centred on real-life case studies and critical advances in cancer diagnostics and treatment, with particular focus on PET Scan-based detection and the growing role of Immunotherapy in improving patient outcomes. Experts underscored the importance of timely and comprehensive testing as a cornerstone of effective cancer management.

Participants unanimously reinforced that early detection remains the most decisive factor in improving survival rates. Specialists also drew attention to the critical role of preventive medicine and the increasing reliance on advanced laboratory diagnostic methods in identifying cancer at its earliest, most treatable stages, a contribution that Dr. Bhasin’s Lab’s involvement in the conference exemplified.

“Early diagnosis and prompt treatment can improve the survival rate. With the participation of over 200 healthcare experts, H.O.P.E. ONCOCON seeks to forge closer partnerships in the fight against cancer,” said Dr. Amish Vora, Medical Oncologist and Director, H.O.P.E. Oncology Clinic.

The conference concluded with a collective resolve among the medical fraternity to strengthen inter-disciplinary collaboration in oncology. H.O.P.E. Oncology Clinic’s message to the broader medical community was clear: “Together we treat cancer- with science, empathy, and HOPE.”
