Pathkind and WebEngage unite to deliver personalised, data-driven patient experiences

IMT News Desk

The collaboration integrates multiple digital platforms to provide real-time engagement and seamless communication across channels

WebEngage, a leading Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Automation provider, has partnered with Pathkind Labs, one of India’s leading diagnostic and healthcare service providers, to enhance patient engagement and optimise user journeys across its digital ecosystem.

The collaboration aims to unify patient data, improve communication efficiency, and enable personalised interactions from lead generation to booking completion, redefining how diagnostic brands engage with patients in the digital age.

Previously, Pathkind faced challenges due to fragmented user data across mobile apps, websites, CRMs, and booking platforms, leading to limited visibility into user behavior and funnel progression.

Additionally, campaigns operating in isolation often created inconsistent experiences for patients. Through WebEngage, Pathkind has established a unified patient engagement framework by integrating data from all digital touchpoints, transforming fragmented systems into a cohesive, data-driven ecosystem. Key funnel events are mapped to track patient progression and identify drop-offs, improving visibility into user journeys. Automated journeys such as the ‘Maximum Attempt Journey’ re-engage disengaged users, boosting lead recovery and engagement rates. These initiatives lay the
foundation for scalable, full-funnel personalization, enabling consistent, contextual interactions across Pathkind’s digital platforms.

Looking ahead, Pathkind plans to introduce Onsite and In-App Notification Frameworks, leveraging behavioural and transactional data to engage specific user segments in real time, setting the stage for intelligent, full-funnel personalisation.

Keyur Dhami, SVP - Customer Success (Key Accounts) and CoE, WebEngage, said, “We are excited to join arms with Pathkind in transforming patient engagement across their digital ecosystem. By unifying data from multiple platforms and leveraging intelligent automation, we are enabling them to not only deliver personalized, meaningful interactions but also drive measurable growth in lead conversions and patient satisfaction. This collaboration, in turn, also strengthens our pledge to helping healthcare organizations scale efficiently while building stronger, data-driven relations.”

Eklavya Juneja, Director, Pathkind Labs, said, “As one of India’s leading diagnostic and preventive healthcare service providers, our focus has always been to create seamless, end-to-end patient experiences. With WebEngage’s advanced automation and analytics capabilities, we can now engage patients more effectively at every stage, recover leads that would otherwise be lost, and continuously optimise our communication strategies. This partnership empowers us to deliver personalized healthcare at scale and strengthens our vision of driving growth through smarter, data-
driven engagement.”

The partnership marks a pivotal step in transforming how healthcare brands communicate digitally, aligning with Pathkind’s mission to make diagnostics more accessible, connected, and patient-centric through technology.
