Redcliffe Labs appoints industry veteran Kshitiz Singh as Chief Business Officer – Inorganic Growth to drive acquisitions, partnerships & network expansion

Redcliffe Labs has appointed Kshitiz Singh as Chief Business Officer – Inorganic Growth, strengthening its leadership team to drive the next phase of strategic expansion through acquisitions, partnerships, and network integration. The move underscores the company’s focus on building an integrated diagnostics ecosystem that combines pathology, radiology, technology and preventive healthcare, while deepening its presence across regional markets in India.

In his new role, Singh will lead Redcliffe Labs’ mergers and acquisitions strategy, strategic partnerships and post‑acquisition integration initiatives. Working closely with the leadership team, he will be responsible for identifying high‑impact growth opportunities, integrating regional diagnostic businesses into Redcliffe Labs’ operating platform and expanding the company’s diagnostics network across the country.

Singh brings over 26 years of leadership experience spanning diagnostics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, sales leadership, business development and commercial strategy. Over the course of his career, he has managed large‑scale business operations, expanded regional markets, built high‑performing commercial teams and delivered sustainable growth across multiple organisations.

Before joining Redcliffe Labs, Singh served as General Manager and Business Head at Agilus Diagnostics, where he played a key role in driving business expansion and strengthening market presence. Earlier, he held leadership positions at several national‑level healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, including Piramal Enterprises, Abbott India, Heinz India, Sanofi, AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline, gaining extensive experience in diagnostics, commercial strategy, business development, channel management and organisational growth.
