Redcliffe Labs appoints Satish Paliwal to lead national offline sales operations, strengthen its partner ecosystem, and support its preventive-first diagnostics expansion across India.

Redcliffe Labs today announced the appointment of Satish Chandra Paliwal as Director – National Sales, further strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its expansion in preventive diagnostics across India.

Paliwal brings over 25 years of diverse experience across the healthcare and diagnostics ecosystem. He has held key leadership positions at organisations such as The Himalaya Drug Company, Ranbaxy, Abbott India, Cipla, Metropolis Healthcare and Sterling Accuris, with his most recent role being Chief Operating Officer at Krsnaa Diagnostics. Over the years, he has built a strong track record of scaling large businesses, driving operational excellence and leading high-impact growth initiatives across multiple markets.

In his new role, Paliwal will focus on strengthening Redcliffe Labs’ national offline sales operations and supporting the company’s shift towards a more proactive, preventive-first approach to healthcare. He will play a critical role in expanding access to high-quality, reliable diagnostics while helping deepen the company’s reach across India.

Commenting on the appointment, Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO, Redcliffe Labs, said the diagnostics sector is evolving from episodic testing to continuous health management and that strong, execution-driven leadership is essential to drive this shift. He said strengthening sales leadership is a strategic priority as the company expands its national footprint.

He added that Satish brings “a sharp understanding of market dynamics and a proven ability to build high-impact partnerships.”

Satish Paliwal said Redcliffe Labs has built a strong foundation in accessible, preventive-led diagnostics and is well-positioned for its next phase of growth. He said the next phase will be defined by sharper execution, deeper market penetration and a more scalable sales ecosystem.
