Participants were exposed to cutting-edge advancements in imaging and simulation technologies, allowing for improved precision and patient outcomes, and observed two live cases Kauvery Hospital Main, Alwarpet, in collaboration with Medtronic, hosted a highly successful Advance TAVI Course focussed on "Computed Tomography (CT) Planning in Complex Bicuspid Aortic Stenosis TAVR cases." The course brought together renowned experts and aspiring interventional cardiologists to discuss the latest advancements and best practices in the field. The course was convened by Dr R Ananthraman, Director of Transcatheter Heart Valve Therapy Centre at Kauvery Hospital, Alwarpet. Local faculty were Dr Manoj S and Dr Sundar C Senior Interventional Cardiologists at Kauvery Hospital Alwarpet Chennai. Dr Geza Fontes, a distinguished Senior Interventional Cardiologist from the prestigious Hungarian Institute of Cardiology, with his vast expertise and experience, presided over the course, sharing invaluable insights and knowledge with all attendees. The Advance TAVI Course, organised by Kauvery Hospital and Medtronic, provided a unique platform for participants to engage in interactive discussions, exchange ideas, and explore innovative approaches in CT planning and the management of complex Bicuspid Aortic Stenosis TAVR cases.
