The NABL-accredited Lab with the latest advancements in technology and diagnostics was inaugurated by the Governor of Haryana, Bandaru Dattatreya along with Dr Rakesh Gupta, Chairman, Sarvodaya Healthcare and Anshu Gupta, Managing Director, Sarvodaya Healthcare and Dr Deepika Parwan, HOD & Senior Consultant, Pathology & Lab Services, Sarvodaya Hospital, Sector 8, Faridabad.

Located within the premises of Sarvodaya Hospital, the advanced lab represents a significant milestone in the hospital's mission to enhance its medical services continuously. Equipped with the most advanced diagnostic equipment and staffed by highly skilled histopathologists, microbiologists, haematologists, pathologists and other doctors, the lab plays a pivotal role in diagnosing routine to rarest conditions, enabling rapid high-end procedures and investigations.
Dr Deepika said, "Our lab brings a comprehensive range of services under one roof, encompassing molecular diagnostics, pathology, immunohistochemistry and specialized tests across various medical disciplines. Our lab is a 24* 7 functional facility with a remarkable reporting turnaround time. We are Faridabad’s only hospital with an in-house fully equipped molecular lab where we can detect common to rare infectious diseases for both adults and paediatric patients. We have an in-house frozen section where we can accurately diagnose a lesion as benign or malignant intraoperative which helps the surgeon to decide the type and extent of surgery in rare cases."
