To empower individuals with disabilities through strategic MoUs

Infiheal has announced the signing of three Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. The partnership was formalised in the presence of Dr Virendra Kumar, Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment and BL Sharma, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, at the Dr Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi.

The collaboration marks Infiheal's entry into the disability sector through strategic partnerships with three esteemed institutions. The National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID) provides comprehensive services, including rehabilitation and training, to improve the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The Central Rehabilitation Centre (CRC) offers therapeutic interventions and vocational training to support individuals with various disabilities, enhancing their independence. The National Institute of Mental Health Rehabilitation (NIMHR) focuses on innovative strategies for individuals with mental health conditions, promoting their integration and well-being in the community.

Infiheal aims to bridge the critical gaps in mental health services by focusing on underserved regions, ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need.

Srishti Srivastava, Founder, Infiheal, said “This partnership is a monumental step towards our mission to make mental health care and support accessible to everyone, especially those who need it most. By collaborating with these esteemed institutions, we are not only expanding our reach but also reinforcing our commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives.”
