Automates medicine delivery with AI-powered logistics
Tata 1mg has announced a strategic partnership with ClickPost, the logistics intelligence platform, to automate and optimize its medicine delivery operations using AI-driven Performance-Based Courier Allocation (PBA). The collaboration has resulted in a 10 per cent improvement in delivery speed, transforming the patient experience and ensuring reliability at scale as healthcare demand peaks.
