The initiative is under the goal of the Germany Chancellor Olaf Scholz and PM Narendra Modi’s Skill India Mission to accelerate bilateral ties and Indo-German partnership for skilled workforce development and creating ethical and safe migration pathways for Indian talents to Germany.

The Talent Tour, held in Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, and Düsseldorf, flew down over 100 nurses from all over the world including India on a fully paid trip, to visit the top German hospitals through direct interviews, leading to immediate job placements and addressing Germany’s urgent demand for skilled healthcare professionals.
