Hyundai Motor India Foundation launches Sparsh Sanjeevani Mobile Chikitsa Units in Maharashtra
Mobile Chikitsa units will move around rural areas of these districts, offering proactive diagnostics and free medical consultations
Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF) the CSR arm of Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) flagged-off Mobile Chikitsa units under its Sparsh Sanjeevani healthcare initiative in Nagpur and Aurangabad districts of Maharashtra. The initiative was inaugurated by Girish Mahajan, Minister - Rural Development & Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of Maharashtra.
Puneet Anand, AVP & Vertical Head - Corporate Affairs, HMIL said, “A healthy population is the first requisite for holistic development. In-line with Hyundai’s global vision of ‘Progress for Humanity’, HMIF’s Sparsh Sanjeevani Mobile Chikitsa Units aim to positively impact remote and underserved areas of Nagpur and Aurangabad districts. Specialised Hyundai Mighty vans converted into Mobile Chikitsa units are equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, and will move around rural areas of these districts, offering pro-active diagnostics and free medical consultations directly to those in need.”
