Paras Health announces its proposed 300-bed hospital in Gurugram

The proposed hospital will be situated in Gurugram sector 63-A and is expected to be completed in 2026

Paras Healthcare launched its first hospital in Gurugram in 2006 and performed the bhumi pujan for its forthcoming 300-bed hospital in Gurugram. Once completed, the hospital chain will double the number of beds in Gurgaon to 600 beds approximately, expanding its presence in the National capital region to 2 hospitals.

With this addition, the total number of hospitals under Paras Health will be nine, covering North India, Bihar and Jharkhand. The proposed hospital will be situated in Gurugram sector 63-A and is expected to be completed in 2026. This marks another significant milestone in the hospital’s journey towards expanding its healthcare offerings.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Dr Dharminder Kumar Nagar, Managing Director, Paras Health, Ankit Goel, Director Essel Infra LLP, Dr Kapil Garg, Director and Dr Santy Sajan, Group Chief Operating Officer, Paras Health.

The second hospital is being set up to expand the existing capacity in Gurugram while continuing its focus on core specialisations including oncology, gastroenterology, neurosciences, cardiac sciences, orthopaedics and transplant programmes. The facility is proposed to be equipped with advanced medical technology such as Robotic and Navigation systems while catering to both international and domestic patients.

Dr Nagar remarked, “Since the first hospital became operational in 2006, Paras Health has been committed to providing healthcare services to the community of Gurugram and even NCR. Our foundation is built upon the core principles of Compassion, Accessibility, Affordability and Quality, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care. Now, we are looking to deepen our service profile with the addition of Organ Transplant programs like Lung and Liver transplants, alongside our existing Kidney and Bone Marrow transplant programs. By adding capacity, bringing more specialities and facilities, and enhancing capacities in Cancer Care, we believe we are poised to meet the healthcare needs of Gurugram.”
