SCHILLER India has installed an OmniTom- Portable Head & Neck CT Scanner at All India Institute Of Medical Sciences, Patna. This is the first-ever OmniTom installed in the Middle East and Asia. OmniTom- A Point-of-care 16 Slice CT Scanner is the world’s first medical device with an Omni-Wheel for 360-degree movement with an intuitive interface.

The point-of-care 16-slice CT scanner is a highly advanced N-DAS detector and the electronic noise is lower than photonic noise. N-DAS has been combined with a 24-bit processing chain that never compresses the data leading to clearer images with ultimately low artificial noise.
