Masina Hospital launches certification courses in geriatric care
Ties up with TISS and MahaArogya Kaushalya Vikas Prashikshan Karyakram
Masina Hospital has launched certification courses in association with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and MahaArogya Kaushalya Vikas Prashikshan Karyakram. The courses are directed towards a multi-benefit approach of enabling employment amongst the masses and at the same time filling the healthcare staff employment gap.
A webinar was organised in the presence of Dr Vispi Jokhi, CEO, Masina Hospital, Tanmay Nayak, Project Director, NUSSD (National University Students' Skill Development Programme), Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Vijaykumar Ayyer - Project Advisor for NGO (HWARF, Mumbai) & Managing Partner, Sparsh Consultants.
The certification courses have been designed to train students for geriatric care and dementia patients and upskill the home healthcare services with the requisite aid to equip the healthcare system with skilled workers trained to ensure the smooth delivery of treatment.

- Home Health Aide Course Government Recognised Certificate under the scheme of Chief Minister MahaArogya Kaushalya Vikas Prashikshan Karyakram
