Mumbai: Transasia Bio-Medical Ltd’s recently inaugurated state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at SEEPZ has been certified by ISO and ICMED. The facility and processes were subjected to a stringent evaluation by the UL LLC India, a global safety certification company. Post assessment, the company has received the certificate for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485: 2016 and has been deemed compliant for design, development, manufacture, installation and service of our entire range of IVD analyzers and reagents at this facility as well.
All its other manufacturing facilities at Mumbai, Daman, Baddi and Sikkim are already ISO and ICMED certified and have been employing GMP and rigorous quality standards and meeting the requisites laid down by ISO and ICMED.
The company is now aiming to boost its annual production capacity by 50 per cent and facilitate manufacturing of new products that are in the pipeline and are likely to be launched in the near future.
