Aims to reach 50 centres across India in the next three years

Oasis Fertility launched a full-fledged world-class IVF centre in Kurnool. This is 5th in the state following Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur and Ongole. The centre was inaugurated by Dr Vahida, Professor HOD Viswabharathi Medical College, Kurnool; and Dr BT Jayalakshmi, BANIS Yoga Master; Dr Kiran Kumar, Spine Surgeon; Dr Durga G Rao, Co-Founder & Medical Director, Oasis Fertility, Dr Krishna Chaitanya, Scientific Head & Clinical Embryologist, Oasis Fertility, Dr Vijaya Lakshmi D, Clinical Head & Fertility Specialist, Kurnool and Sudhaker Jadhav, Chief Operating Officer, Oasis Fertility graced the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Dr Durga G Rao, Co-founder & Medical Director, Oasis Fertility stated, “We are happy to enter Kurnool. The lack of standardised and scientific treatment methodologies propelled us to launch our centre here. Also, the TFR (Total Fertility Rate) in Andhra Pradesh has reduced to 1.6 which is a worrying trend. Erratic lifestyles, consumption of junk foods, obesity, and delayed parenthood have become major reasons for the steep increase in infertility in India. We wish to emphasise the fact that several advanced treatment options are available and therefore breaking the stigma around infertility is the need of the hour.”

Dr Krishna Chaitanya, Scientific Head and Clinical Embryologist, Oasis Fertility stated, “Delighted to launch our centre here at Kurnool. There have been terrific advancements in the field of infertility, and technologies like IVM, ICSI, Micro-TESE, PGT, and ERA help in improving the success rates. To bring the treatment within the reach of couples we are setting up Oasis centres at all the District Headquarters, we are already in Vijayawada, Guntur, Visakhapatnam, and Tirupati now the best treatment is at the doorstep of the patient. The incidence of infertility is on the rise of late due to changes in lifestyle, a rise in pollution, couples spending lesser time together and late marriages are all leading to childlessness.”

Sudhaker Jadhav, COO, Oasis Fertility, stated, “Expanding our network in Andhra Pradesh has always been our key focus due to the very low TFR and the lack of institutionalised setup. Through our cutting-edge technologies backed by eminent fertility specialists and the best embryologists, we have been offering baseline to advanced treatment solutions to men and women all under one roof.”

Dr Vijayalakshmi Dasari, Clinical Head & Fertility Specialist, Oasis Fertility, Kurnool stated, “Very happy to start our journey at Kurnool. The world-class treatment available in Bengaluru or Hyderabad is now available in Kurnool through South India’s number one fertility centre, Oasis fertility.”
