White Swan Foundation launches mental health start-up

The start-up will offer knowledge-led products and mental healthcare services to organisations that are looking to redefine their employee mental wellness programme

The founding CEO and a director of White Swan Foundation, a leading mental health non-profit, announced the launch of a start-up in the mental healthcare space. Under the name WhiteSwan, the start-up will offer a range of mental healthcare products and services to companies that are looking to redefine their employee mental wellness programme.

The founders of WhiteSwan plan to put their rich learning of serving different communities over the last eight years, including workplaces, to design and curate products that enable organisations to put in place a robust and future-proof employee mental wellness programme.

Manoj Chandran, co-founder and Managing Director, WhiteSwan said, “WhiteSwan has been set up with a mission to facilitate organisations to develop a robust employee mental health programme that not only addresses the challenges of those who are experiencing emotional health issues but also enables others to play their role in making the workplace psychologically safe.”
